Tundarri has been operating since 1974 on the Barossa Valley highway 3km north east of Gawler.  Gawler is located approximately 45 minutes from the CBD of Adelaide and has an ever expanding lifestyle market.  Tundarri Sales & Service is centrally located between the wine region of the Barossa Valley, the Virginia market garden region and the reliable Lower North grain belt. The positioning of the business allows it to be easily accessible by all facets of agriculture.

Tundarri Sales & Service sell and provide parts and service for all types of farm machinery including tractors, hay making, spray equipment, vineyard equipment and general merchandise use by farmers in the area.

Given the diverse range of agriculture in its close proximity, Tundarri targets different regions at different times of the year depending on the market. Tundarri sells a good range of equipment and it is essential that it provides a good level of service to the customer with a large supply of parts in stock and expertise backed by a team of professional mechanics.

2012

Legacy continues

In October 2012, long time employee Darren Graetz and his wife Michelle, purchased the business with the trading name to remain so he can continue the legacy.
2006

Passing of Roger Waters

Since Roger’s passing in 2006, Roger’s wife Bev continued on the business.

Tundarri was established in 1974 by Roger and Bev Waters.

About the ownerDarren Graetz

Darren Graetz has had an interest in agriculture all his life.

Growing up on a small dairy/mixed farming operation in Sheaoak Log he gained the knowledge of all facets of agriculture and farming life.  After leaving school he completed a Diesel Mechanics apprenticeship at E.Anders & Son’s in Freeling, a prominent agricultural machinery dealer with branches all over Australia.  In 1991 he joined Tundarri Sales & Service as a Diesel Mechanic and soon worked his way to Service Manager.  In the year 2000, after a restructure in the business he assumed responsibility and took on the role as General Manager, the position he holds today.
